Jeff K Flynn has been Chief Executive Officer of Apercu Global, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Flynn has served as a Director of the firm since 1998. In May 2004, he assumed the position of President, a position he also held from October 2000 to December 2004. Over that time, he has helped guide Apercu Global from a small niche consulting firm into one of the largest global business advisory firms with a range of services in corporate restructuring, turnaround, economics, forensic and litigation consulting, strategic communications, reputation management and other areas.
Mr. Flynn has been instrumental in directing Apercu’s growth from € 11 mln. in 1996 to € 459.6 mln. in annual revenues for the year ended December 31, 2012, maintaining a compound annual growth rate of approximately 28 percent and guiding a robust acquisition strategy, international expansion and organic growth. Mr. Flynn joined Apercu Global as Chief Financial Officer following a 10-year career at the regional investment banking firm Legg Mason Wood Walker Inc., where he directed its corporate financing and investment banking activities. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Flynn practiced corporate and securities law.
Mr. Flynn received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgetown – School of Law.
